The Science Museum, London commissioned Tegala to produce a work that commented upon our relationship with energy. Fuel Drop Explosion is a poetic film work that shows a droplet of fuel slowly forming, falling in space, then spontaneously exploding. The film has been time remapped and runs from real time to 10,000 frames per second. The work will be on permanent display in Energy Fuelling the Future Gallery at the Science Museum.
